We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced social worker to join a dedicated team in East Lothian. This contract is for a minimum of 3 months and offers a competitive hourly rate.

Job Responsibility

  • Support adults and older people in the community and care settings
  • Manage your own caseload, ensuring effective and person-centred interventions
  • Conduct assessments and reviews to promote well-being and independence
  • Develop and implement care plans in partnership with service users and families
  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports and case records

Requirements

  • Member of the PVG scheme
  • Degree in Social Work or equivalent
  • Member of the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)
