  • Providing high‑quality administrative support for adult learning courses across leisure, community and employability programmes
  • Being a welcoming, confident first point of contact for adult learners
  • Maintaining accurate records, registers and documentation to support smooth course delivery
  • Supporting tutors, managers and learners with enquiries, guidance, promotion and progression information

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Confidence working in a fast‑moving, people‑focused environment
  • Good IT skills including Office 365 and digital systems
  • A friendly, supportive manner with the ability to work with adults from all backgrounds
