Education and Training Level 3 certificate or willing to complete this
Experience, knowledge and passion working in adult care - formal training experience is a preferred, but not essential
A friendly, professional approach, with the confidence to lead sessions and adapt your style to suit different audiences
A car and a driver's license

Job Responsibility

Deliver engaging and meaningful training across a variety of care and non-care topics, including induction, refreshers, and ongoing development for 12 different locations across the Midlands, North of England and North Wales
Using a mix of methods: from memorable face-to-face sessions, blended approaches and online learning and support to create memorable learning experiences tailored to our evolving needs
Bring energy and clarity to every session, supporting a culture of compassion, professionalism, and growth
Updating and maintaining training and quality records in our Learning Management System (LMS) and follow up on outstanding training with the homes
Help build something bigger, and better, bring your creativity and knowledge to create impactful learning solutions
Create and share reports to support ongoing improvement and highlight areas of success
Create great relationships with all our team members and managers to ensure you are an approachable and valued “go- to” person when it comes to development
