Adult Care Trainer

• Deliver engaging and meaningful training across a variety of care and non-care topics, including induction, refreshers, and ongoing development for 21 different locations across the South Central and South West regions
• Using a mix of methods: from memorable face-to-face sessions, blended approaches and online learning and support to create memorable learning experiences tailored to our evolving needs
• Bring energy and clarity to every session, supporting a culture of compassion, professionalism, and growth
• Updating and maintaining training and quality records in our Learning Management System (LMS) and follow up on outstanding training with the homes
• Help build something bigger, and better, bring your creativity and knowledge to create impactful learning solutions
• Create and share reports to support ongoing improvement and highlight areas of success
• Create great relationships with all our team members and managers to ensure you are an approachable and valued “go- to” person when it comes to development

• Education and Training Level 3 certificate or willing to complete this
• Experience, knowledge and passion working in adult care
• A friendly, professional approach, with the confidence to lead sessions and adapt your style to suit different audiences
• A car and a driver’s license
