Job Responsibility:

  • Draft and negotiate a wide variety of different AdTech agreements
  • Partner with clients to ensure compliance on data-sharing activities across multiple channels
  • Resolve digital advertising data use concerns and advise on ad campaign data flow
  • Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal business partners and stakeholders
  • Represent the Axiom brand at all engagements with a focus on developing the client relationship
  • Develop a leadership role in Axiom’s community of over 5,800 lawyers

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of progressive experience working in the AdTech space for innovative F500 companies
  • Experience working independently and cross-functionally
  • Experience taking on complex projects
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Active bar license in the state where you reside

Nice to have:
