Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Workfront Specialist with strong expertise in both project-based and issue-based workflows, including the design and implementation of templates, request queues, and automation using Adobe Fusion. This role is ideal for a self-sufficient Workfront expert who can independently intake work, design solutions, and deliver outcomes with minimal technical oversight. The successful candidate will leverage Workfront to support Brand and Marketing initiatives across the Adobe platform, optimizing processes, improving visibility, and driving operational efficiency through thoughtful configuration and automation.

Job Responsibility

  • Design, configure, and maintain project-based and issue-based templates aligned to business and marketing workflows
  • Implement and optimize request queues, routing rules, and intake processes
  • Independently manage Workfront configurations including statuses, custom forms, fields, workflows, and reports
  • Build and maintain Adobe Fusion scenarios to automate Workfront processes and integrations
  • Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve throughput
  • Partner with Brand and Marketing teams to translate business needs into scalable Workfront solutions
  • Ensure Workfront usage aligns with best practices and governance standards
  • Troubleshoot workflow issues and continuously improve system performance and usability

Requirements

  • Strong, hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront in a production environment
  • Proven experience implementing and managing project-based and issue-based templates
  • Practical experience using Adobe Fusion for workflow automation and integrations
  • Ability to work independently and deliver end-to-end solutions without significant direction
  • Deep understanding of Workfront objects (projects, tasks, issues, requests, templates, custom forms, reports, dashboards)
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating them into effective Workfront configurations

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting Brand, Creative, or Marketing teams using Workfront
  • Familiarity with the broader Adobe ecosystem (e.g., AEM, Adobe Analytics, Creative Cloud workflows)
  • Experience designing scalable Workfront operating models for marketing organizations
  • Workfront certifications (Core, Advanced, Fusion)
