Job Responsibility
Leverage your advanced After Effects skills to create high-quality, dynamic video projects
Review, critique, and evaluate motion graphics workflows and project files for optimal quality
Provide clear, detailed written and verbal explanations of creative and technical decisions
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver feedback and refine creative outputs
Break down complex animation and visual effects processes into comprehensive documentation or tutorials
Assess real-world use cases and contribute to building datasets that reflect current motion design industry standards
Maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency in all project deliverables through strong attention to detail
Requirements
Mid-level expertise in Adobe After Effects with a robust portfolio of professional motion graphics or visual effects work
Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in animation, compositing, and rendering workflows
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
able to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely
Experience with project critique, feedback delivery, and documentation creation
A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and commitment to high-quality results
Nice to have
Experience collaborating on AI or machine learning projects, especially in the creative or media space
