  • Define and execute a regional strategic sales plan to hit ambitious revenue and growth targets within the Adobe product portfolio
  • Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure across the Benelux & Nordics markets
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Adobe partnership activities across the region
  • Cultivate strong co-selling opportunities and coordinate joint GTM initiatives with Adobe’s Benelux & Nordic teams
  • Represent DEPT® in Adobe-led events, briefing sessions, and partner forums
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients across diverse sectors (e.g., retail, finance, telecom, public sector)
  • Deeply understand client challenges and business goals to position DEPT® as the strategic partner for Adobe-powered solutions
  • Work closely with internal teams (client services, delivery, product & marketing) to craft compelling proposals, tailored demos, and high-impact pitches
  • Ensure alignment between client expectations and DEPT® solution delivery capabilities
  • Stay abreast of Adobe product developments, competitive trends, and market insights relevant to Benelux & Nordic clients
  • Share actionable insights with leadership to refine regional strategies and identify new opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven record of sales success in digital technology, specifically with Content Supply Chain, Adobe Experience Cloud and Adobe Commerce solutions
  • Strong network and relationships within the Benelux & Nordic digital ecosystem - ideally from an agency, systems integrator, consulting firm, or Adobe itself
  • Deep product knowledge across key Adobe offerings, specifically within the Content Supply Chain
  • Exceptional negotiator with excellent presentation and storytelling skills
  • Insight into the commercial and cultural nuances of the Benelux & Nordic markets
  • Experience selling into enterprise clients spanning multiple countries, managing complex sales cycles and cross-border opportunities
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a performance-driven mindset
  • Ability to influence without authority, inspire internal teams, and foster a results-oriented sales culture
  • Willingness to travel within the Benelux & Nordic region as needed

What we offer

  • A flexible, hybrid working policy (2-3 days from the office, depending on location)
  • DEPT®/YOU Learning Menu and DEPT®/YOU Special Programs
  • Contribution to your health through the OpenUp platform, gym and wellness discounts, and healthy lunches at the office
