A leading enterprise digital organization is seeking an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Solutions Architect to support large-scale digital experience initiatives and enterprise CMS transformation efforts in NYC. This role will serve as a key partner across business, product, marketing, engineering and content teams to help design and deliver scalable, customer-centric digital experiences powered by Adobe Experience Manager and the broader Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of technical architecture knowledge, business process thinking, stakeholder management and enterprise digital strategy experience. This is an opportunity to help shape and scale enterprise digital experiences supporting millions of users across web, mobile and customer engagement platforms. This is a temporary/contract role.
Job Responsibility:
Lead solution architecture and strategic planning for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) initiatives across enterprise digital platforms
Partner with business, product, marketing, content and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable AEM solutions
Drive CMS governance, content workflows, taxonomy and digital experience best practices
Support enterprise digital transformation initiatives and omnichannel content delivery strategies
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, platform capabilities, personalization and user experience optimization
Facilitate cross-functional workshops, requirements gathering sessions and stakeholder alignment discussions
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, scalability and digital experience delivery
Provide architectural guidance across content management, DAM workflows and customer experience ecosystems
Requirements:
5+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and enterprise digital platforms
Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud, CMS ecosystems and digital experience architecture
Experience partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in large enterprise environments
Background in digital transformation, enterprise content strategy or customer experience platforms
Familiarity with content operations, governance models, personalization and omnichannel delivery
Excellent communication, documentation and stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and cross-functional collaboration
Nice to have:
Experience within media, enterprise technology, consulting or large-scale consumer organizations is a plus
