Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Adobe Analytics & Digital Measurement Consultant to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in B2B marketing analytics who can lead the development of measurement frameworks, governance models, and scalable solutions. Based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, this role will focus on enhancing data integrity, streamlining interpretation standards, and empowering stakeholders with actionable insights.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve as the subject-matter expert on Adobe Analytics, guiding report suite structures, metrics, tagging strategies, and taxonomy improvements
  • Conduct audits to identify and address gaps in data tagging, classification inconsistencies, and limitations affecting analytics quality
  • Develop and implement governance frameworks and playbooks to ensure long-term sustainability and consistency across measurement practices
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design cross-channel measurement frameworks that align digital signals with broader business objectives
  • Provide training sessions and documentation to enhance stakeholder confidence and enable independent use of analytics tools
  • Recommend scalable strategies for segment definitions and metric reporting to improve data clarity and usability
  • Create structured consulting outputs, including frameworks, operating models, and documentation, that support organizational goals
  • Evaluate existing analytics implementations and recommend modernization strategies to optimize performance
  • Partner with stakeholders to establish interpretation standards that reduce ambiguity and foster consistent insights
  • Facilitate workshops and office hours to address specific analytics needs and improve adoption of new governance practices

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading Adobe Analytics audits, including evaluating report suites, tagging, and taxonomy
  • Expertise in designing and implementing measurement frameworks and governance playbooks for B2B marketing environments
  • Strong understanding of Adobe Analytics implementation, including redesigning and modernizing systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively with marketing teams to align analytics strategies with business goals
  • Certification in Adobe Analytics is preferred
  • additional knowledge of Marketo is a plus
  • Excellent skills in documentation, reporting, and presenting actionable insights to diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to create scalable solutions that enhance data integrity and consistency
  • Strong leadership and consulting capabilities to guide teams through analytics modernization initiatives
