Job Description

As part of our Data & AI team, you will help leading brands unlock the value of their customer and marketing data through Analytics, Customer Experience, Personalization, and AI initiatives. You will act as a bridge between business, marketing, and technology teams, helping clients design and implement modern digital analytics, customer data, and audience activation solutions across the Adobe ecosystem.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead Analytics and customer data initiatives for major international clients
  • Design and implement measurement strategies, tracking plans, and data collection frameworks
  • Configure and optimize Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
  • Support audience creation, segmentation, and activation use cases
  • Contribute to Customer 360 and customer data platform (CDP) initiatives
  • Design and develop robust, scalable data pipelines
  • Translate business and marketing requirements into scalable data solutions
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering, AI, Personalization, and Customer Experience teams
  • Collaborate closely with Data Science, Analytics, AI, and Customer Experience teams

Requirements

  • +6 years of experience in Digital Analytics, Customer Data, or Marketing Technology
  • Strong experience with Adobe Analytics
  • Experience designing measurement frameworks and tracking strategies
  • Strong understanding of digital customer journeys and marketing performance measurement
  • Experience working with web and mobile analytics implementations
  • Ability to translate business needs into data and analytics solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
