BlackRock’s Digital Marketing Team is looking for a technically strong and detail-oriented professional to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of digital analytics. This role blends technical & architecture lead with Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analysis (CJA) and Tealium / Adobe Launch. The ideal candidate will thrive in hands-on environments, have deep expertise in Adobe Analytics & CJA workflows, and can architect scalable data collection strategies using Adobe Launch / Tealium and AEP (RT-CDP). The candidate will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across marketing. In addition, the candidate will be able to analyze data to uncover key insights & trends for businesses to support their decision making. This includes the ability to create dashboards, complex audience segments and advance analytics & attribution models.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the technical implementation and configuration of Adobe Analytics in collaboration with the web tech solutions team, including variable mapping (eVars, props, events), processing rules, and virtual report suites
  • Develop and enforce tagging standards and data layer specifications across web properties. Troubleshoot and resolve data collection issues using debugging tools
  • Architect and maintain Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) datasets, connections, and workspaces to support cross-channel analysis
  • Design and manage Adobe Launch workflows, including rule creation, data element configuration, and extension management for scalable and maintainable tagging
  • Collaborate with digital, product & client marketing, and engineering teams to translate business goals into analytical solutions
  • Ensure data integrity, compliance and governance with our analytics platforms
  • Analyse web behavioural data to uncover insights, trends and support data-driven decision making
  • Stay current with Adobe Experience Cloud updates and industry best practices

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Tag management (Tealium iQ or Adobe Launch) with proven success in both architecture and implementation
  • Proven experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), data views configurations and setting up data connections via AEP
  • Deep understanding of Adobe Analytics & CJA workflows including eVars, props, events, classifications, data views and processing rules
  • Strong expertise in tag management workflows within Tealium iQ or Adobe Launch, rule-based triggers, data layer & event forwarding
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and web technologies relevant to analytics tagging
  • Understanding of data through A4T (analytics for Target)
  • Strong expertise in creating analytics dashboards with advanced analytics, attribution & journey analysis and complex segmentation
  • Fluent in translating insights that are visually interactive, digestible & actionable for the stakeholders
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Fast learner, collaborative mindset, and excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and global environment
