Job Description

Baptist Medical Center MD Anderson is currently hiring for a Full-Time Days Admitting Services Manager to join our Infusion Department at our Baptist MD Anderson location here in the Jacksonville, FL area. This role is a full-time position, working Monday - Friday in office. This role does require weekly travel between the Downtown, BMDA South, and BMDA Clay campuses. The Admitting Services Manager will oversee 50+ employees at Baptist MD Anderson. The ideal candidate will not only have previous leadership experience, but also call center, new patient coordinator, and revenue cycle experience.

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the new patient call center and new patient scheduling areas for Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center
  • Managing to metrics and KPI's leveraging data and reports
  • Collaboration with clinical departments and leaders is integral to being successful in this role
