Job Description

As an Admissions Specialist for a certified Great Place to Work, you will guide prospective students on their path towards a career in healthcare. In doing so, you will help them change not only their own lives, but also those of the patients in their care. You will be a prospective student’s first connection at American Career College, and you will support them through the application and enrollment process.

Job Responsibility

  • Serving as a subject matter expert for all admissions related policies and procedures, and a product knowledge expert for all programs
  • Supporting, coaching and influencing other Admissions Advisors to help them achieve their goals
  • Assisting prospective students, navigate and manage throughout the complex admissions process
  • Providing excellent customer service to prospective and enrolled students in accordance with the mission and purpose of the university

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-5 years of related experience required
  • Minimum of up to two years' experience in a counseling or marketing-related environment required
