We are looking for an Admissions Representative to assist with a career fair event in Greenwood Village, Colorado. This role is a contract position requiring excellent communication skills, reliability, and a strong customer service mindset. You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless check-in process for both employers and job seekers.

Job Responsibility

  • Greet employers upon arrival and verify attendance using the provided company list
  • Facilitate job seeker check-in by guiding them through the mobile app or assisting with paper registration forms
  • Provide clear instructions and support to attendees regarding the day's itinerary
  • Ensure accurate data entry during the check-in process
  • Address questions or concerns from employers and job seekers with professionalism
  • Collaborate with event staff to maintain smooth operations throughout the day
  • Utilize creative problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations
  • Follow all provided guidelines and protocols for the event
  • Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor to create a positive experience for all participants
