Job Description

This role involves connecting with prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process, and representing our institution at recruitment events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

Job Responsibility

  • Manage recruitment efforts within designated territories, including attending college fairs, high school visits, and community events
  • Deliver engaging presentations to prospective students and educators to promote enrollment opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guidance counselors, educators, and community stakeholders
  • Monitor recruitment activities using internal systems and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Fulfill inquiries from prospective students and provide detailed information about admissions processes
  • Conduct interviews with applicants and prepare thorough evaluations for admissions decisions
  • Counsel prospective students throughout the enrollment journey, from initial inquiry to final acceptance
  • Review and assess applicant files to support the admissions decision-making process
  • Coordinate travel logistics, including preparing materials and managing expenses for recruitment events
  • Recommend strategies for articulation agreements and partnerships to enhance recruitment efforts

Requirements

  • Previous experience in admissions, sales, or customer service roles
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse audiences
  • Ability to deliver compelling presentations and represent the institution professionally
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines effectively
  • Proficiency in utilizing recruitment systems and data analysis tools
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
