We are seeking an Admissions Operations Lead to join our Student Marketing, Recruitment and Admissions (SMRA) team and help shape an efficient, high-quality admissions service. In this influential role, you will be a subject matter expert for admissions ways of working and the admissions business lead for driving continuous improvement across the admissions lifecycle including related system enhancements and managing cyclical updates. Working closely with admissions leaders, technical teams, and other key stakeholders across the University, you’ll play a key role in how admissions operates at UAL. Job Responsibility:

  • Subject matter expert for admissions ways of working
  • Admissions business lead for driving continuous improvement across the admissions lifecycle including related system enhancements and managing cyclical updates

Requirements:

  • Strong operational expertise within an admissions environment
  • In-depth knowledge of admissions processes and related systems (such as SITS, UCAS, or similar platforms)
  • Experience of supporting the development, testing and adoption of related systems
  • Confident leading change and improving processes to deliver measurable improvements
  • Collaborative and proactive, with the ability to build strong working relationships across academic and professional services
