Job Description

University of the Arts London is looking for an Admissions Officer to join the team on a full time, permanent basis. You will be part of the University's Admissions Service and will be based at High Holborn, but you may be required to work across the Service at different sites or work from home.

Job Responsibility

  • Facilitate the admissions process for a portfolio of courses ensuring a connected and seamless approach for prospective students throughout their applicant journey
  • Contribute to the overall effective delivery of information and support to ensure a high quality admissions service is provided to prospective students- and academic decision makers- in accordance with agreed standards

Requirements

  • Highly organised and a skilled problem solver, with plenty of initiative
  • An eye for detail
  • Relevant admissions administrative experience in a higher education environment is desirable, making use of databases and Microsoft Office applications
  • Collaborative, supportive and customer-focused individual, with strong communication skills both in person and in writing
