We’re looking for a sales & customer service super-star to join our growing team as an Admission Officer for our Aged Care Homes in NSW and QLD. This is an exciting and fast-paced role that requires exceptional communication and organisational skills. You will support multiple services across our organisation to maintain high occupancy levels by managing the customer journey from initial inquiry through to admission. This is a 12-month, full-time contract opportunity with flexible working options, and some travel within NSW and QLD will be required.
Job Responsibility:

Convert leads
Complete admissions
Deliver a seamless customer experience
Work closely with Residential Home Teams, Finance and Customer Service Teams
Some travel within NSW and QLD
Requirements:
Experience in aged care sales, administration, revenue or admissions
Strong background in administration and customer service
Strong stakeholder engagement
High-level capability in CRM use
High-level capability in data reporting
Confidence explaining financial information to a range of clients
Exceptional communication skills
Exceptional organisational skills
