Job Responsibility

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and revenue for Azria Health Winterset
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall resident experience
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and other business partners
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and development
  • Develop and maintain budgets and financial reports to track business development activities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the business development team to ensure successful execution of business development strategies
  • Participate in marketing and promotional activities to promote Azria Health Winterset's services and brand
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to business development activities
