Leading tours of prospective students, families, and/or high school students to show campus and promote the EKU experience

Job Responsibility

All key stakeholders to be identified and an action plan written for Orchard Community Care, to include the level and frequency of communication needed
Building and maintaining positive, strong, collaborative relationships with Orchard Community Care stakeholders (e.g. HSE, Tusla, Social Workers, Discharge Managers) across Ireland
Maintaining regular contact with appropriate individuals in HSE and Tusla community teams in order to generate appropriate referrals and understand their needs
Ensuring stakeholders are aware of placement availability and identifying people who Orchard Community Care can provide appropriate support for within their social care portfolio
Processing and coordinating all referrals from start to finish
Working with and supporting the Regional Directors, MDT and Assessment Team to progress these
