Job Description:

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Admissions Assistant to support their busy admissions office for a 4-week assignment. This temporary role involves managing inquiries, database entry, and other administrative tasks.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the Admissions Inbox and respond to all inquiries promptly
  • enter details into the database (iSAMS) efficiently
  • collaborate with the Admissions team to ensure all enquirers receive relevant marketing materials and information
  • assist in packing prospectus packs for events and tours
  • book families onto Open Mornings, confirming their attendance
  • gather and input data on all enquirers into the School database
  • process registrations and ensure data accuracy
  • follow up on any missing information for prospective pupils
  • provide flexible support to the admissions office during peak times

Requirements:

  • Strong admin skills, including proficiency in Microsoft and Google Docs
  • a valid DBS check is required
  • a car is necessary due to the location
  • previous experience in a school or admissions setting is preferred but not essential
