Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide administrative support to the wider enrolment and admissions teams
  • Accurately input data in relation to College admissions and enrolment processes
  • Respond effectively and efficiently to customer contact via phone, email, and face to face to both prospective students and parents

Requirements:

  • GCSEs in English and Maths A*-C / 9-4 or equivalent
  • Experience of accurately inputting data to set procedures
  • Experience of working in a busy office environment
  • An IT qualification, e.g CLAIT, ECDL or equivalent is desirable but not essential
