Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to the wider enrolment and admissions teams
Accurately input data in relation to College admissions and enrolment processes
Respond effectively and efficiently to customer contact via phone, email, and face to face to both prospective students and parents
Requirements:
GCSEs in English and Maths A*-C / 9-4 or equivalent
Experience of accurately inputting data to set procedures
Experience of working in a busy office environment
An IT qualification, e.g CLAIT, ECDL or equivalent is desirable but not essential
Nice to have:
