Serving on the front lines of customer service at the front desk, giving visitors a warm welcome, handling calls, maintaining records, performing admin tasks, and managing various office expenses and procedures.
Job Responsibility:
Serve on the front lines of customer service
Give visitors a warm welcome and guide them and employees
Handle all incoming and outgoing calls including distribution
Maintain and improve the front office
Maintain and update records and database (telephone registers, call tracking, client contacts)
Perform general admin activities and other help desk tasks
Work in compliance with company regulations
Contribute to monthly management report for client
Participate in emergency evacuation procedures
Develop policies and procedures for all functions in reception
Manage expense control for pool driver, messenger, office supplies, mobile phone, office phone, conference rooms, catering, events, flower arrangement coordination
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline
1-2 years experience in front desk management or reception
Proven experience with continuous improvement initiatives and client reporting
Familiar with occupational safety requirements
Strong computer literacy
Ability to manage activities using different systems
