Job Responsibility
Provide accurate and timely administrative support across daily operational activities
Handle general financial processing, including basic invoicing, reconciliations, and record updates
Maintain and organise documentation, ensuring information is up to date and easily accessible
Coordinate procurement and supplier interactions to support smooth office operations
Assist with scheduling, internal communication, and coordination between teams
Support the preparation of quotes, reports, and other business documents as required
Help organise meetings, events, and general office activities
Requirements
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to provide excellent administration support to various teams
Enjoys contributing to a tight, collaborative team dynamic
Previous experience in the Medical industry is desired but not essential
Must have full work rights in Australia
