We have a great opportunity available to join Novus Transforming Lives, our prison education provider at HMP Forest Bank, working as an Administrator. This position is offered on a permanent, full-time basis, working 40hrs per week.
Job Responsibility:
To support a comprehensive and effective administration service, including contract monitoring, as well as the effective maintenance of data relating to finance, personnel and learners
Requirements:
Hold Level 2 qualifications in Literacy and Numeracy, or be willing to gain within agreed timescales
Hold, or be willing to gain within agreed timescales, a Level 2 qualification related to ICT or Business Administration OR have relevant industrial experience and skills
Provide excellent customer service across a range of internal and external stakeholders
Have experience contributing to an effective and efficient administration within a busy office environment
Have experience maintaining accurate electronic and paper-based data, using data recording systems as required
Demonstrate excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate up to date IT skills
