An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our busy team at South West Galvanizers based in Crediton. We are part of Wedge Group Galvanizing, a successful family-owned business offering secure employment to its employees for over 150 years.
Job Responsibility:
Processing site quotations, purchase invoices and credit control queries accurately within agreed timescales and highlight any discrepancies
Booking in of customer goods
Query, check and update tracking on our finance system
Answering phones and greeting customers
Collating information for weekly payroll
Month End Accounting
General ad-hoc office duties such as printing, scanning, filing
Requirements:
Administrative experience is not essential
