Job Responsibility:
Maintaining and updating our bespoke database with precision
Producing insightful reports and conducting data analysis
Coordinating volunteers and organising engaging team activities
Providing outstanding customer service through various communication channels
Ensuring compliance with GDPR and Gambling Commission regulations
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident with data handling
Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
Can build positive relationships and communicate effectively
Has worked within an office environment, in an administrative, coordination, office support role before
