Job Responsibility:
Provide essential administration and finance support across the park
Manage financial processes, including recording invoices, preparing accruals, and resolving supplier queries
Maintain Holiday Homeowner accounts, ensuring accurate billing and compliance with gas, electrical, and insurance documentation
Keep employee records and training files up to date
Assist with health & safety compliance, audits, and documentation
Support seasonal recruitment activities, from placing adverts to coordinating events and inductions
Generate reports and data to help drive operational improvements
Uphold safeguarding responsibilities and ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
Experience in financial processes such as payroll, credit control, and purchase ledger
Strong IT skills, including Sage Payroll and Microsoft Office
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and clear communication
A positive ambassador for our company values, with integrity and reliability
