Job Responsibility:
Preparing and sending out quotes and invoices
Handling general business enquiries via phone and email
Monitoring compliance documentation for subcontractors
Providing general office administration support
Assisting with ad-hoc tasks to keep the business running smoothly
Requirements:
Previous administration experience is essential
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Confident communicator with a proactive approach
Experience using QuickBooks would be a distinct advantage
Comfortable working independently in a small team environment
