We currently have a great opportunity for a Administrator to join the N-Able team based at our office on Burton Road, Norwich on a fixed term basis.
Job Responsibility:
Arrange for Norse’s Engineers & Technicians to attend to works, as requested by our clients via phone and email
Providing information and support to the engineers
Making appointments with Clients and arranging diaries to enable completion of delivering, installation and servicing and maintanence of equipment for n-able clients and contracts
Requirements:
Previous experience and knowledge of Facilities Management
Competent in the MS Office Suite and information databases
Ability to work on your own initiative and part of a wider team
Excellent customer service skills with previous experience in a Customer facing environment
Understands and applies commercial financial principles. Views issues in terms of costs, profits, markets and added value
