Job Description:

We're working in partnership with a well-established business in Hull to recruit a skilled Administrator to join their busy operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous experience in a similar role who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate scheduling with clients, shipping terminals, and agents
  • Assist with daily planning and operational reporting
  • Review and verify delivery and loading documentation
  • Maintain and update inventory and stock control systems
  • Process data from fuel monitoring platforms
  • Investigate stock discrepancies and ensure accurate records
  • Prepare and issue customer invoices
  • Organise and manage digital documentation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within logistics or operations
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and digital systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
