We are currently seeking a Temporary (with a good possibility of a permanent role) Administrator to join a leading global design and manufacturing company in their Export and Logistics team. If you have previous administration and customer service experience and enjoy delivering exceptional service, then this role is for you!
Job Responsibility:
Receive, process and manage to conclusion, customer orders, queries, credit requests and information requests
Look after key accounts, seeking out and implementing best practice where possible and appropriate
Liaise and manage the relationship with the company's third party suppliers in respect of customer requirements
Produce Sales Reports and other reports necessary to overseeing the performance of the accounts in the Distributor business
Maintain records and files of work conducted
Ensure all documents are up to date and accurate
General administration tasks to support the department
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Positive and proactive attitude towards tasks
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems
Good at working as part of a team, as well as independently on own accounts and tasks
Ability to take ownership of tasks and show initiative within company guidelines
Highly organised approach to tasks/projects given
