We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to support the smooth running of our client's site teams. This is a key role, ensuring seamless communication between suppliers, clients, and on site workers, as well as maintaining essential project documentation. You will play an important part in coordinating works, managing utility mapping information, and supporting daily office operations.
Job Responsibility:
Assisting in the coordination and programming of works for electrical site teams
Plotting and locating utility maps
Managing supplier communication and processing orders
Responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
Maintaining accurate logs of ongoing jobs
Working with spreadsheets to organise and track information
Communicating with clients and utility providers
Handling incoming enquiries
Liaising with on site workers via telephone and electronic devices
Filing, scanning, and general administrative tasks
Supporting all other ad hoc office duties as required
Requirements:
Ability to work effectively within a team
Good understanding of general IT systems (Microsoft Office, especially Excel)
