Our Holt office is looking for an Administrator to join their team. This is a diverse role which will suit a highly organised person with a proven administrative background, good interpersonal skills, and a high level of professionalism. The successful candidate will support the Residential team by dealing with general correspondence, enquiries from the public and property management administration.
Job Responsibility:
Project File management
Document management - preparing reports, formatting and proofreading, including letters, reports and similar
Taking external enquiries - new instructions, client queries, invoice queries
Diary management
Liaising with landlords, contractors, and utility providers
