The Role: As an OH Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clinical team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our service. You will report directly to the OH Manager and work closely with the OH Coordinator to manage resources and maintain clinical governance.
Job Responsibility:
Manage clinical team calendars, provide the Duty Day rota, and build weekly rotas for clinical team leads
Oversee the end-to-end process for staff, including collecting compliance documents, ordering IT equipment, and managing equipment collection for leavers
Support payroll tasks by raising purchase orders and managing the approval and receipting of various goods and services
Minute important clinical meetings and organise annual clinical audits, quarterly governance meetings, and annual conferences
Support dashboard allocations, review documents and policies, and oversee the inventory of uniforms and equipment
Requirements:
Excellent command of written and spoken English
High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritise your own workload
Good IT proficiency, specifically within the Microsoft Office suite
A collaborative working style and a strong ethical outlook
Previous experience working in a healthcare environment is considered desirable
