You’ll play a key part in keeping our Vacant Property Services running smoothly by supporting day‑to‑day administration, coordinating with clients and contractors, and helping ensure our security and compliance processes are delivered efficiently.
Job Responsibility:
Managing daily administrative tasks to support the Vacant Property Services team
Handling incoming calls confidently and professionally
Updating internal systems, logging activity, and maintaining accurate records
Supporting basic accounts tasks (full training provided)
Working effectively in a fast‑paced, reactive environment where priorities can shift quickly
Liaising with clients, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements:
Strong communication skills and confidence on the telephone
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Good computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy operational setting
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Accounts knowledge is helpful but not essential — full training will be provided
