• Answering and directing incoming calls and handling general queries
• Digital Audio typing
• Manage and sort daily deliveries and post mail
• Schedule appointments and manage the diary
• Manage the general email inbox and respond to any general enquiries
• Greet and welcome any visitors in a warm and professional manner
• Provide general administrative support including filing, photocopying, and document collation

• Previous experience in an administration position
• Experience in a corporate or legal environment
• Organised and personable
• Impeccable telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritise daily tasks while working independently
• High standard of personal presentation and professionalism
• Experience with Digital Audio Typing
• Proficient using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
