Job Description:

Are you an organised and enthusiastic administrator looking to make a difference in the Government and Public Sector? Join our clients small, close-knit, and supportive team in Petersfield! We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to support the Senior Leadership team, and we want YOU to be part of this exciting journey!

Job Responsibility:

Assist with a variety of administrative duties to ensure smooth operations
Schedule meetings and arrange car park spaces efficiently
Take minutes during meetings and compile board packs for discussions
Utilise your strong skills in PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word to create engaging presentations and manage communications
Maintain a positive and professional demeanour while working collaboratively within the team

Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint (essential), with basic Excel skills and strong Word and Outlook capabilities
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Ability to take accurate minutes and handle scheduling with ease
A positive attitude and a team-oriented spirit
