Xpert Resourcing are working with a family owned business based in Mildenhall who are looking to add an Administrator to their small and friendly Accounts team. No previous accounts experience is necessary at all. The business has grown steadily over the past year and the increase has resulted in this additional need to help the finance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Accounts team and work closely with the Management Accountant. This position is ideal for individuals who are looking to work with a friendly, local company.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with the preparation of invoices to companies
Help with processing of invoices and payments
Perform checks on clocking in cards and resolve any queries
Calculate hours worked for staff and check against overtime log
Reconcile sickness and holidays against timesheets
General administrative duties
Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements:
Previous experience in administration will be an advantage
Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
