Job Responsibility:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including correspondence to Buyers and Sellers, sending out Memorandum of sales
Prepare and distribute information packs, liaising with the creative teams to produce the property particulars, marketing and other documents as required
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external enquiries, both via phone and email
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanour when interacting with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
Ensure office protocols and procedures are followed, including health and
Collaborate with team members to facilitate efficient workflow and communication
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the property sector
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Nice to have:
Knowledge of UK property law is advantageous but not essential
