An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our team as a Part time Administrator working at our Hull office. We are looking for a proactive and organised administrator to support daily operations and ensure the smooth running of the office.
Job Responsibility:
Answering telephone enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
Data entry into the bespoke database, ensuring spelling and grammar are of a high standard
Preparing/Collating information and paperwork for site staff and clients, including the raising & maintaining of purchase orders, waste note production & other controls
Scanning/ filing of documents
Making hotel & travel arrangements for site & contract management staff
Providing other administration duties as required
Requirements:
Previous administration experience
An excellent telephone manner
Computer literacy is essential, good experience with Excel, Word and Outlook
Excellent organisational skills - able to multi-task and re-prioritise at frequent intervals
Excellent attention to detail
Friendly, calm and professional manner
Ability to handle pressure and good time-management, working to tight deadlines
Ability to be flexible and adapt to change and work effectively as part of a team
