We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Temporary Administrator to support a small, busy business based in Dunfermline. This is a short-term assignment for approximately 2 weeks.
Job Responsibility
Managing and responding to general email enquiries
Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks
Uploading invoices and assisting with basic finance duties
Using QuickBooks to process financial information
Maintaining accurate records and supporting the wider team as needed
Requirements
Previous administration experience is essential
Confident using email systems and Microsoft Office
Familiarity with QuickBooks (or similar accounting software) is highly desirable
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
Nice to have
