As an Administrator, you’ll be a key support for our delivery teams, ensuring everything runs smoothly and furniture reaches customers' homes. You’ll handle administrative tasks, manage stock systems, take calls from drivers, and resolve any issues within the CDC.
Job Responsibility:
Input customer data and ensure compliance with data protection policies
Arrange deliveries and manage calls with drivers and customers
Escalate delivery issues to the depot manager
Assist with ad-hoc tasks
Work the 4 on 4 off, 7am- 7pm shift pattern to provide continuous support
Requirements:
Prior experience in customer service or admin roles
Take pride in work and prioritise safety
Enjoy variety and tackling challenges
Strong work ethic and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team
Team player with great communication and problem-solving skills
Tech-savvy and can multitask effectively
