Manage all organization’s Business Units offices. Responsible for welcoming visitors, coordinating meetings, appointments and directing various administrative projects. Manage office visitors’ transportation arrangement, schedule, and meal arrangement. Manage office visitors’ agendas and meetings, coordinate accordingly. Prepare timely operation reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned. Manage Business units routine operations to achieve company’s goals of customer satisfaction with On Time Delivery and Quality. Keep meetings on track with communication between participants, document meeting minute with follow up actions, to secure program efficiency. Keep stock and Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture. Issue PO for supply chain inventory purchase to support production. Assist colleagues, book travel arrangements, and other relevant duties whenever necessary. Collaborate with our factory partner on events.

Requirements:
BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred
Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant or relevant role
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Familiarity with office management procedures and accounting principles
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
Be thorough and pay attention to detail
Able to work independently and work well with others
Sensitivity and understanding
Flexible and open to change
Nice to have:
Familiarity with Oracle and Kinaxis will be a plus
