As an Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the hospice. Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive administrative support including managing correspondence, filing, and data entry
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events as required
Maintain accurate records and databases ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external use
Support the team with general office duties such as ordering supplies and managing office equipment
Be the first point of contact for visitors and telephone enquiries, delivering a warm and professional welcome
Collaborate effectively with colleagues to support project delivery and organisational initiatives
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within the charity, healthcare, or related sectors
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in British English
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Understanding of data protection and confidentiality principles
