We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator, working 16 hours per week to support our Bradford service by providing high-quality clerical and administrative support to the team. This is a varied and rewarding role where you will help ensure the smooth and efficient running of services that support children and young people. Working from home, you will play a key role in maintaining administrative systems, producing reports, coordinating meetings and supporting quality assurance and service development activities.
Job Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team
Maintain and update computerised administrative and case management systems
Produce management information reports using internal systems
Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly monitoring reports
Organise meetings, prepare documentation, take minutes, and distribute information
Carry out word processing, data input and maintain accurate records
Carry out monthly audits and quality assurance checks
Support the recruitment and retention of volunteers
Assist managers with research and wider service development activity across the region
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
Experience using computerised databases or case management systems
