Administrator to join a busy Public Sector team based in Birmingham (B16 8PE) to play an important role in supporting the smooth running of the Courts and Tribunals system.
Job Responsibility:
Adding orders to their system
data entry - ensuring accuracy and attention to detail of information when entering data, such as dates, numbers and addresses/personal details
general ad hoc administration work as and when required, which may include creating, updating, and maintaining accurate records using in-house systems, handling incoming and outgoing post and preparing standard correspondence, reports, minutes, and other documents in line with guidelines
Requirements:
DBS check
three years of employment references
excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
strong organisational and multitasking abilities
attention to detail and high rate of accuracy
proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and SharePoint
