Administrator

• Collaborating closely with Contract Managers to support various project operations
• Preparing and managing purchase orders while effectively communicating with suppliers
• Assisting with basic accounting tasks, including invoice processing and cost tracking
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance and efficiency
• Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers to guarantee timely delivery of materials
• Providing general administrative support across the team

• A couple of years' experience in a similar administrative role
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Comfort in working with numbers and basic accounting processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Proactive and team-oriented approach
