Job Responsibility:
Managing incoming emails and phone calls
Meeting and greeting clients
Assisting with customer service inquiries and providing top-notch support
Maintaining organised administrative records and files
Coordinating schedules and appointments for the team
Helping with general office tasks as needed
Requirements:
Previous administrative/customer facing experience, preferably in a busy environment
Exceptional customer service skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in handling emails and phone calls
